We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day executive, administrative, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and professional follow-up across all executive activities.
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO</li>
<li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments</li>
<li>Prepare, draft, and review professional correspondence (letters, emails, reports)</li>
<li>Take accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and ensure proper follow-up on action points</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings</li>
<li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain organized records, files, and documentation</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc administrative and executive tasks as required</li></ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul>
<li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative role</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li>
<li>Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Based in Kuwait with availability to work on-site</li></ul></div>

Role Overview
This department represents a mainstream revenue center. The role combines managerial and technico-commercial responsibilities with the following scope of work:
1- to oversee installations and optimize post-handover on-site support services,
2- to focus on clients retention and new accounts acquisition,
3- to lead a large technical team (engineers and technicians) and optimize on-site operations in the field of Electro-Mechanical and BMS projects,
Key Responsibilities
1-Lead, and motivate; plan, and organize work and field interventions of a large team of service engineers and technicians
2-Identify after-sales opportunities, including O&amp;M, and upgrades projects
3-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors
4-Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate service level agreements
5-Ensure timely execution of installations and service works in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards
6-Act as the main technico-commercial point of contact for clients during installations and/or aftersales phases
Skills &amp; Knowledge Required
1-Baseline knowledge in Electro-Mechanical, and BMS contracting/installations and/or maintenance services
2-Ability to structure offers, including reading and modifying installations drawings, BOQs, and service level agreements
3-Proven leadership, planning, and organizing skills
4- Proven commercial skills with a distinctive fort&eacute; in communication, negotiation and closing.
Experience in Qatar or GCC market is a definite plus
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8&ndash;12 years of relevant experience in MEP / contracting environment</div>
