Job SummaryQuickStart Co-Working is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee pre-handover facility inspections, coordinate with interior execution teams, and ensure smooth, compliant handover of co-working spaces to clients. The role requires strong coordination, compliance management, and accountability for all facility readiness checks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct physical verification and inspection of all facility checklist items prior to client handover.</li><li>Ensure workstations, flooring, furniture, electrical fittings, lighting, AC, Wi-Fi, and access systems are completed and functional.</li><li>Coordinate closely with interior execution teams and act as the single point of contact for pre-handover activities.</li><li>Track checklist status as Completed / Pending, with clear timelines for resolution.</li><li>Escalate delays or issues proactively to management and operations teams.</li><li>Ensure all pending items are resolved before final handover.</li><li>Review, sign, and maintain completed facility handover checklists.</li><li>Ensure handover compliance before client move-in and sign-off.</li><li>Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to confirm all clearances prior to handover.</li><li>Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and internet service vendors</li><li>Good knowledge in MS Office.</li><li>Conduct daily opening and closing inspections of the facility</li><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports</li><li>Track inventory, office supplies, consumables, and asset records</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills</li><li>F&amp;B Management.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in facility management, site operations, or interior/project coordination.</li><li>Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, utilities, and commercial space readiness.</li><li>Ability to manage vendors and coordinate across multiple teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and escalation-handling skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.</li></ul>How to Apply : hr@quickstartp.com (or) Contact to: +91 72077 14848Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
