<div>Quicksilver Express Courier is an on-demand delivery company looking to hire a full time Customer Support Associate who will also cross train for a Logistics Coordinator Position. This is not a call center position.

Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide accurate and professional customer support</li><li>
Incoming order entry via phone, email, web</li><li>
Outbound calls to customers with delivery status</li><li>
Provide problem resolution for customers and drivers</li><li>
Accurate and complete documentation of all issues</li><li>
Constant contact with other customer support associates and logistics coordinators</li><li>
Multitask between order entry, monitoring delivery status, problem resolution, etc.</li><li>
Other customer support and office duties</li></ul>
Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ability to select best possible driver based on location, ability, vehicle specifications &amp; current work load.</li><li>
Ability to navigate upwards of 30 drivers simultaneously to complete more than 200+ expedited deliveries per day.</li><li>
Continually analyze drivers and deliveries as the situation changes; provide alternative options for when plan A is disrupted.</li><li>
Possess superior communication skills to quickly relay concise, detailed information to drivers, customer and office staff.</li><li>
Ability to identify driver, customer &amp; support staff errors &amp; implement corrective action in a timely fashion.</li><li>
Coach new drivers as part of their on-the-job training, providing additional instruction and guidance.</li></ul><ul><li>
High school diploma/GED required</li><li>
Strong knowledge of the metro and surrounding areas</li><li>
Background experience in a customer support environment with problem resolution skills</li><li>
Call center experience or transportation experience preferred</li><li>
Exhibit a strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations</li><li>
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential</li><li>
Ability to Multi-task in the areas of customer support and order entry</li><li>
Must be reliable and punctual - maintain excellent attendance</li>
Basic computer skills <li>- will use windows-based software</li><li>
Basic to advanced typing skills - Minimum 34 words per minute</li><li>
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Must be able to cross train in a logistics coordinator position</li></ul>

Customer Support Associate/Logistics Coordinator - Arizona

<div>Pickup and delivery of packages of various sizes and weights from customers in many different locations, to be completed in a timely and courteous manner. Drivers start and end their workday near their own home base, there is no requirement to report to a central office each day. Ensures all equipment used is in working order and inspected daily. Uses care in moving packages and always works with safety in mind.
This is a W2 position. All drivers are employees of Quicksilver.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Possess and maintain valid drivers license with safe driving record.</li><li>
Operate motor vehicle in safe and legal manner.</li><li>
Start close to home each day.</li><li>
Start from your home area</li><li>
Be able to quickly locate specific addresses.</li><li>
Be able to communicate and complete assigned tasks via a smartphone application (training provided).</li><li>
Hand-load/unload material, as required.</li><li>
Walk and climb stairs.</li><li>
Have the ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. regularly, as required.</li><li>
Must have sufficient literacy skills to read addresses and specific instructions efficiently, and complete required paperwork.</li><li>
Maintain communication and a cooperative, professional relationship with customers, the general public, and fellow Quicksilver employees.</li></ul>
Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Deliver packages safely and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Know, understand, and follow all company policies.</li><li>
Be available to work assigned and on-call shifts, clearing any changes with supervisory personnel.</li><li>
Uniform shirt, jacket, ID badge, black or navy slacks and approved footwear must be worn at all time while on the job.</li></ul>
Supervision:<ul><li>
First line supervision is dispatchers/customer service. Additional supervision received from assigned Quicksilver personnel and managers as needed.</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
No formal requirements; must be literate and fluent in English.</li><li>
No delivery experience required but helpful.</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>
7 year proven safe driving record. No more than 1 minor moving violation within the last 3 years or DUI/Careless Driving within 5 years.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.</li><li>
Must provide current Motor Vehicle Report within last 30 days.</li><li>
Ability to lift 70 lbs. as required.</li><li>
Walking and climbing stairs.</li><li>
Be able to sit in vehicle for extended periods of time and move in and out of vehicle as needed.</li><li>
Pass Department of Transportation physical and/or drug and alcohol screen (when required).</li><li>
Pass a Work Simulation screening (when required)</li></ul>
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Most working time spent in vehicle or loading/unloading packages.</li><li>
Required to drive safely in all kinds of conditions (adverse weather conditions, traffic, etc.).</li><li>
No smoking is allowed on the job. Smoking is not allowed in vehicles.</li><li>

Equipment Used:<ul><li>
Smartphone dispatch and communication applications (Smart Phone Required)</li><li>
2 or 4 wheeled cart</li><li>
Specimen coolers</li><li>
Pickup trucks must have a topper that is lockable.</li></ul>
Miscellaneous:<ul><li>
Our drivers carry, 100, 300, 50 limits, Quicksilver listed as Additional Insured.</li><li>
Two 25x12 water-based decals will be affixed to your vehicle doors. Operator License info will also be affixed next to the decals.</li></ul></div>
