Position OverviewQuickSilver Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the execution of daily logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is designed for a driven operations professional who wants meaningful responsibility, real exposure to leadership, and a clear path toward increased ownership as the company scales.The Operations Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring that core operational workflows are executed accurately, consistently, and on time. This position plays a critical role in removing execution-level work from leadership, allowing the organization to scale efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.This role blends administrative operations, coordination, and warehouse execution. It is not a purely desk-based position and requires comfort operating across systems, people, and physical workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Support daily logistics and fulfillment operations to ensure timely, accurate execution</li><li>Own repeatable, process-driven tasks that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly</li><li>Identify execution issues early and escalate appropriately using defined protocols</li></ul>Administrative Operations<ul><li>Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and digital files</li><li>Support payout processing, documentation management, and compliance tracking</li><li>Ensure operational data is entered correctly and consistently across systems</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation Management<ul><li>Track and audit required documentation on a scheduled basis</li><li>Monitor expiration dates and compliance requirements</li><li>Proactively request updated documentation using approved communication templates</li><li>Flag non-compliant or missing items for leadership review</li></ul>Scheduling, Dispatch &amp; Monitoring Support<ul><li>Assist with daily scheduling and operational coordination</li><li>Monitor active work and deliveries, flagging delays or exceptions</li><li>Support coverage planning and day-of execution needs</li></ul>Inbound Communication Support<ul><li>Answer inbound calls as needed</li><li>Route calls or provide basic assistance where appropriate</li><li>Escalate non-routine issues to leadership</li></ul>Fulfillment &amp; Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Pick, pack, and stage orders based on system instructions and SOPs</li><li>Apply shipping labels and prepare outbound orders for carrier pickup</li><li>Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and presentation standards</li><li>Assist with inbound inventory receiving, counting, labeling, and organization</li><li>Identify and escalate discrepancies, damage, or shortages</li></ul>Operational Standards &amp; Environment<ul><li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe operational environment</li><li>Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality control standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, dispatch, or administrative operations</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable operating across both systems and physical workflows</li><li>Ability to follow defined processes while exercising good judgment</li><li>Confident using basic technology tools (spreadsheets, shared drives, scanners, order systems)</li><li>Reliable, accountable, and able to manage a structured but fast-moving workload</li></ul>Experience in logistics, courier operations, or 3PL environments is strongly preferred.Ideal Candidate ProfileThis role is not entry-level.
