We are hiring an Office Assistant with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Canva. The role involves formatting business documents, reports, and proposals in Word, as well as designing and editing templates in Canva to ensure consistency with our branding.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Format Word documents (styles, headings, tables, spacing, headers/footers).</li><li>Create and edit professional Canva templates and marketing materials.</li><li>Maintain consistency and accuracy across all documents.</li><li>Support the team with day-to-day document and formatting tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent command of Microsoft Word.</li><li>Strong Canva skills (design, templates, layouts).</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Previous experience in document formatting or office work.</li><li>Familiarity with branding and business-style documents.</li></ul>Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (onsite at Gulshan Block 6).Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have working with Microsoft Word formatting?</li><li>How comfortable are you with creating and editing designs in Canva?
