You'll craft more resonant stories across our channels &mdash; content about real people, beautiful homes, thoughtful design, smart technology, and a more sustainable future. You'll grow our strong foundation on Instagram and LinkedIn while building Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok from scratch.

This is a contract-to-hire role, full-time based in the Bay Area, with at least three (3) days per week in our Redwood City office making content with the team.

What You'll Do

Own Quilt's social presence and voice
<ul>
<li>Create original content that makes people stop, feel something, and reconsider what's possible for their homes</li>
<li>Grow our established Instagram and LinkedIn channels while building Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok from the ground up</li>
<li>Develop content strategy that weaves together product education, customer stories, partner highlights, design inspiration, and climate impact</li>
<li>Build @meetquilt into a channel that drives both brand awareness and qualified leads</li>
</ul>
Manage our creator ecosystem
<ul>
<li>Creators are one of our top-performing channels &mdash; they're incredible storytellers who authentically showcase Quilt in their homes</li>
<li>Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators who align with our brand and can reach our audiences</li>
<li>Extend partnerships with existing creators who are driving results, and bring new voices into the fold</li>
<li>Collaborate with paid media to amplify creator content that's resonating</li>
</ul>
Capture the story in real-time
<ul>
<li>Attend photoshoots and installation visits to capture behind-the-scenes content</li>
<li>Create office culture content that shows who we are and what we care about</li>
<li>Build a library of authentic, real-time moments that can't be staged</li>
</ul>
Support the broader creative engine
<ul>
<li>Partner with our in-house creative team on concepts and campaigns</li>
<li>Provide social expertise to shape how we show up across all channels</li>
<li>Help partners tell their own Quilt stories through social toolkits and best practices</li>

What Success Looks Like

You'll 4x our social channels year-over-year. Not through vanity metrics, but through building genuine communities on each platform that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. You'll establish Quilt as a brand people follow because the content is that good &mdash; informative, beautiful, and genuinely interesting.

Who You Are

<li>Experienced social builder with 4-6 years building and growing social channels, preferably in home, lifestyle, design, sustainability, or consumer products</li>
<li>Storyteller first &mdash; you understand that people don't buy heat pumps, they buy home upgrades and brands they identify with. You know how to tell those stories</li>
<li>Creator relationship expert who can identify authentic voices, negotiate partnerships, and maintain long-term collaborations</li>
<li>Content creator yourself &mdash; you can shoot, edit, and post compelling content without always needing a full production team. You're comfortable on camera and behind it</li>
<li>Platform native across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and whatever comes next. You know what works on each and why</li>
<li>Builder proven &mdash; you've built social channels from scratch before and know what it takes to go from zero to meaningful traction</li>
<li>Climate curious &mdash; you're genuinely excited about home electrification and believe great storytelling can change minds and behavior</li>

What Makes This Role Special

You'll tell stories about a product that people genuinely love. Our customers paint their Quilt indoor units to match their walls. They participate in video shoots. They show them off to dinner guests. The product photographs beautifully because it was designed to live in beautiful homes.

You'll also work with creators who are true believers &mdash; people who chose Quilt for their own homes and naturally want to share that experience. Your job is to channel that authentic enthusiasm into content that reaches more people.

And ultimately, every follower you gain, every story you tell, every creator you partner with contributes to moving homes off fossil fuels. The storytelling matters. The mission matters.

Why This Matters

To meet decarbonization goals, we need to convert 100 million U.S. homes to heat pumps by 2050. The policies exist. The incentives are there. What's missing is desire &mdash; making people actually want heat pumps in their homes. That's where storytelling comes in. That's where you come in.

Compensation &amp; Benefits

Location: Contract-to-hire, Redwood City, CA (hybrid)

This is a contract-to-hire role, full-time based in the Bay Area, with at least three (3) days per week in our Redwood City office making content with the team.

Expected Salary Range:

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position.

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is $100,000 - 120,000, depending on experience.

Compensation during the contract period consists of base salary only. Upon conversion to full-time employment, Quilt also offers meaningful equity and top-tier benefits.

Employees hired into this role on a full-time basis are eligible to participate in Quilt's standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.

The Opportunity

This is performance marketing with purpose. You'll drive two interconnected audiences that are both critical to accelerating home electrification: homeowners who want beautiful, efficient climate control, and HVAC installation partners who are essential to bringing Quilt into homes across North America.

Our in-house creative team and creator partners produce content that makes people stop scrolling &mdash; modern homes, thoughtful design, real stories of comfort and efficiency. Your job is to put rocket fuel behind what's already resonating, and you'll have the trust and ownership to make a real impact.

You'll primarily focus on digital performance channels, but you're also the type of marketer who's ready to jump in where it moves the needle &mdash; whether that's supporting OOH pilots, direct mail tests, or in-market events that drive demand and education.

What You'll Do

Drive homeowner demand across North America
<ul>
<li>Scale paid campaigns across CTV, paid social, and search that generate qualified leads for our growing partner network 
</li>
<li>Test, optimize, and scale what's working &mdash; you'll have the budget and creative assets to move fast 
</li>
<li>Launch innovative campaigns like our partner referral program, designed to create pull-through demand that brings HVAC businesses into the Quilt ecosystem 
</li>
<li>Support adjacent channels (OOH, mailers, events) when they help accelerate the homeowner funnel or unlock new learnings 
</li>
</ul>Build our partner acquisition engine
<ul>
<li>Attract HVAC installation businesses &mdash; the skilled professionals who bring Quilt into homes &mdash; through targeted B2B campaigns on paid channels 
 
</li><li>Develop messaging and creative that speaks to why forward-thinking installers want to offer Quilt to their customers 
</li>
<li>Work closely with our partnerships team to understand what drives partner decisions and translate that into performance campaigns 
</li>
</ul>Own the strategy and the results
<ul>
<li>Manage significant paid media investment with full autonomy to allocate across channels based on performance 
</li>
<li>Build the reporting infrastructure to show what's working (and what's not) across both audiences 
</li>
<li>Collaborate with Creative on briefs, with Sales on lead quality, and with leadership on strategic bets 
</li>
</ul>What Makes This Role Special

This isn't incrementally optimizing CPLs for a SaaS product. Every homeowner lead you generate is a potential household moving off natural gas. Every partner you attract is an HVAC business that will install hundreds of heat pumps over their lifetime with Quilt. The math matters &mdash; and so does the mission.

You'll also work with genuinely beautiful creative. Our products photograph well because they're designed to. Our creator partners tell authentic stories because they actually love having Quilt in their homes. Your job is to amplify what's already compelling.

Who You Are

<li>Experienced growth marketer with 5+ years driving performance across search, paid social, and ideally CTV. You've managed six-figure budgets and know how to scale efficiently 
</li>
<li>Bonus points if you've driven growth for considered, higher-ticket purchases with multi-step funnels and longer decision cycles &mdash; home improvement, HVAC, energy, automotive, or other categories where trust, education, and timing matter 
</li>
<li>Dual audience fluent &mdash; you've done both B2C and B2B acquisition and can context-switch between them 
</li>
<li>Creative collaborator who can brief designers and work with creators, not just optimize existing ads 
</li>
<li>Builder mindset &mdash; you've set up tracking, built dashboards, and established processes in fast-moving environments 
</li>
<li>Mission-driven &mdash; you want your growth skills to accelerate the energy transition, not just another tech unicorn 
</li>

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on location.

In addition to base salary, Quilt also offers meaningful equity and top-tier benefits.
