What You Will Do

The Vice President, Marketing is a key member of Quint&rsquo;s executive leadership team, responsible for setting and executing the organization&rsquo;s global marketing vision. This strategic leader will drive brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue generation through innovative, integrated campaigns across all markets. Partnering closely with cross-functional executives, the VP will ensure Quint&rsquo;s marketing capabilities remain industry-leading, data-driven, and scalable for sustained growth. 
Strategic Planning &amp; Growth
<ul>
<li>Oversee multi-year brand and marketing plans, including market expansion, product positioning, and integrated campaign strategies.</li>
<li>Direct the development of marketing initiatives that maximize reach and ROI across global B2C and B2B channels.</li>
<li>Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.</li></ul> 


Commercial &amp; Cross-Functional Alignment
<ul>
<li>Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly drive revenue targets and commercial KPIs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Partnerships and Event Delivery teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with rights-holder relationships and fan experience goals.</li></ul> 


Data-Driven Performance &amp; Innovation

<li>Oversee marketing analytics and performance management, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize investments.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies, including AI-enabled personalization, automation, and attribution models.</li>
<li>Implement a robust test-and-learn framework for continuous improvement of acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts.</li></ul> 


Brand Stewardship &amp; Creative Excellence

<li>Serve as the global brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets, messaging, and campaigns reflect the premium quality of Quint&rsquo;s offerings.</li>

Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with significant experience in global, multi-market campaigns and brand management.</li>
<li>Proven track record in executive-level strategic planning and delivering revenue-impacting outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience in sports, hospitality, travel, or luxury consumer brands strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Expertise in performance marketing, digital strategy, data analytics, and omnichannel campaign execution.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to influence at the C-suite level, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence.</li>
<li>International experience and cultural fluency in marketing execution.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>

What You Will Do

As the Marketing Manager, NBA Experiences, you will lead the marketing strategy for the NBA Experiences program. This role is strategic and executional: you will set marketing direction while managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across digital, content, paid media, and partnerships. As the steward of the NBA Experiences brand, you will oversee all communication channels and marketing systems, ensuring cohesive storytelling, impactful engagement, and measurable growth all tying back to aggressive sales targets. This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Development teams, while also managing relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns. 
Essential Job Duties &amp; Functions
<ul>
<li>Own day-to-day project management of campaigns and initiatives, collaborating across content, paid media, and creative teams to deliver seamless execution</li>
<li>Lead the development of marketing strategies and goals for NBA Experiences programs in partnership with the Marketing Director</li>
<li>Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans for NBA tentpole events and global games, ensuring successful website launches and campaign rollouts</li>
<li>Manage NBA partner relationships, overseeing asset approvals, campaign alignment, and long-term strategies to grow the NBA Experiences program</li>
<li>Cultivate external partnerships with teams, sponsors, venues, and global sales agent networks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and activations</li>
<li>Drive brand growth by building awareness, elevating market positioning, and expanding audience engagement</li>
<li>Leverage data-driven insights (e.g., site performance, VTLs, customer acquisition cost, LTCs, lifetime value) to inform decision-making and optimize performance</li>
<li>Develop and manage large-scale client presentations, overseeing research, content creation, and design in collaboration with the Creative team</li>
<li>Report regularly to leadership and to the NBA, providing insights, performance reviews, and recommendations to advance collective objectives</li>
<li>Identify and activate new marketing opportunities that align with departmental goals and long-term strategy.</li></ul> 


Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field</li>
<li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience with an excellent understanding of digital performance marketing, storytelling, and content writing</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of online platforms, ad-tech, and marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, content management systems, digital sales platforms, and Google Analytics</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience working for or around the NBA, its events, and fan culture</li>
<li>Strong relationship and account management capabilities</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills to assess performance and make improvements</li>
<li>Willing to work unconventional hours as required to liaise with colleagues across time zones</li></ul>
