 Overview:
 
 
 
 Quintrix is on the lookout for professionals who are open to upskill to the exciting world of Data Analysis. This opportunity is for our direct client in Banking/financial Services and includes a 4 week Instructor-led online pre-employment training program (15 hours per week), conveniently scheduled after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 stipend. This is a fantastic chance to gain in demand skills, hands-on experience, and a pathway into a dynamic tech role.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Perform SQL queries to extract and analyze data
 
 
 &bull; Create reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data needs
 
 
 &bull; Participate in ongoing data management and improvement initiatives
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 
 &bull; Good knowledge of SQL
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of Excel (formulas, pivot tables) or BI tools
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical and logical thinking
 
 
 &bull; Good communication skills and a positive attitude
 
 
 &bull; High attention to detail
 
 
 &bull; Eagerness to learn and grow in the data domain
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have:
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
 
 
 &bull; Basic knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
 
 
 &bull; Understanding of Data Governance or MDM concepts (academic exposure acceptable)
 
 
 &bull; Internship experience in data-related roles
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Selection Process:
 
 
 
 &bull; Online assessment and technical interview with Quintrix
 
 
 &bull; Client interview(s)
 
 
 &bull; 4-week pre-employment online instructor-led training
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Stipend paid during Training:
