Position:
Respiratory Therapist
General Description:
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in providing respiratory care to patients in the home setting. The respiratory therapist will be responsible for setting up respiratory equipment in a prompt manner after receiving physicians' orders for prescribed respiratory equipment. The successful candidate will have experience with ventilator management.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Set up and delivery of respiratory equipment including, but not limited to, non-invasive ventilators and BiPAPs in the hospital and home setting</li><li>
Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately</li><li>
Provides patients with instruction on the proper use, maintenance and safety of their medical equipment</li><li>
Performing follow up phone calls with patients after respiratory equipment is set up</li><li>
Providing follow up care in the home setting as needed</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Successful completion of a background check</li><li>
Must be 21 years or older to be covered on company auto insurance and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>

You'll be a valuable team member working with top physicians in the sleep, cardiac, and respiratory market to accomplish sales goals and increase awareness and education of our products. In this exciting and unique sales role, you will be responsible for sales and education of durable medical equipment, respiratory equipment and sleep related products to meet the needs of both physicians and patients.
Job Description/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.</li><li>
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.</li><li>
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.</li><li>
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.</li><li>
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.</li><li>
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.</li><li>
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.</li><li>
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.</li><li>
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.</li><li>
Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.</li><li>
Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Requirements/ Work Experience:<ul><li>
Proven sales success, medical or pharmaceutical sales experience required.</li><li>
A respiratory therapist degree/licenses is a plus, but not required</li><li>
Experience with Durable Medical equipment, respiratory/sleep background a huge plus, but not required.</li><li>
Must be 21 years or older to be covered on company auto insurance and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>
