This role demands strong creativity, leadership, and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead design projects: from client briefing, concept creation, 3D visualisation to final execution.</li><li>Develop layouts, working drawings, BOQs, and detailed material specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Prepare and present design proposals with strong English communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Oversee project budgets, quality, and timelines.</li><li>Mentor junior designers and ensure high design and documentation standards.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>5+ years of professional interior design experience (residential/commercial/hospitality).</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-execution projects.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, MS Office and rendering tools.</li><li>Excellent space planning, materials knowledge, detailing, and vendor coordination skills.</li><li>Good communication &mdash; confident in client meetings &amp; design presentations.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Must be currently based in Pune (office role; no remote option).</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Work on diverse, creative, and premium design projects.</li><li>Collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.</li><li>Competitive compensation and exposure to the latest materials &amp; trends.</li></ul>Application Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)<ul><li>No Freshers: This position is strictly for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
