We&rsquo;re seeking a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to support our fashion brand&rsquo;s digital and performance marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in amplifying brand visibility and driving conversions through strategic social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management<ul><li>Handle daily operations of social media platforms, content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement</li><li>Support creative storytelling aligned with brand identity and campaign themes</li><li>Track and analyze engagement metrics, adjust tactics for better performance Growth</li></ul>Email Marketing<ul><li>Collaborate on ideation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns (e.g., product releases, newsletters, promotions).</li><li>Use platforms to manage lists, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign monitoring.</li></ul>Performance Ad Marketing<ul><li>Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).</li><li>Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and provide actionable optimization insights.</li></ul>Campaign Strategy &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Contribute to campaign planning&mdash;from ideation through execution to performance review. Keep campaign calendars organized and aligned.</li><li>Gather and interpret performance data (social, email, ads), prepare reports, and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Support &amp; Brand Alignment<ul><li>Work alongside the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and internal teams to deliver timely assets and campaigns.</li><li>Administrative Coordination</li><li>Maintain marketing materials, campaign schedules, media lists, and asset libraries</li><li>Support smaller-scale activations&mdash;possibly events, product launches, or store campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: 3+ years in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce marketing roles, with practical knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising.</li><li>Digital &amp; Technical</li><li>Proficient in managing social platforms, designing content and using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social</li><li>Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms</li><li>Familiarity with performance advertising and tracking ad metrics</li><li>Comfortable with creative tools&mdash;Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar</li><li>Analytical: Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide optimization strategies</li><li>Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English</li><li>Organization &amp; Detail: Excellent multitasking and project coordination skills, with great attention to consistency and timeline management</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED8,000.00 per month
