Responsibilities:&#61623; Coordinate and supervise daily activities at the preschool centre&#61623; Respond promptly and appropriately to parent concerns, involving teachers, administrators as needed&#61623; Maintain records related to preschool programs.&#61623; Manage budgets and prepare reports of centre&#61623; Implement educational programs and curriculum&#61623; Manage and support teaching staff and support staffs&#61623; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations of centre&#61623; Monitor and evaluate the performance of the preschool centre&#61623; Lead and motivate staff to achieve program goals.&#61623; Collaborate with other departments for smooth operationsQualifications:&#61623; Any Female Graduates&#61623; Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal&#61623; Ability to interact with families in a nurturing, compassionate, and sincere manner&#61623; Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles&#61623; Ability to work well in a team environmentSkills:&#61623; Organizational skills&#61623; Problem-solving skills&#61623; Interpersonal skills&#61623; Time management skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
