 Overview
 
 
 
 The Senior Energy Components (EC) Upstream Expert is a critical role within the Professional Services team, responsible for delivering high-impact software implementations for energy companies across the Middle East and globally.
 
 
 This role focuses on planning, designing, deploying, and optimizing technical solutions using Quorum&rsquo;s Energy Components platform. The Senior Expert will lead complex implementations, drive architectural decisions, and ensure alignment with client business processes, particularly within upstream operations.
 
 
 The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Energy Components, strong technical capabilities, and extensive knowledge of upstream oil &amp; gas workflows, including gas scheduling, dispatching, sales, and revenue accounting.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Technical Leadership &amp; Delivery
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead teams of up to 15 consultants to deliver enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of Quorum solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive end-to-end solution architecture including design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical leadership across key technologies including PL/SQL, RESTful APIs, AWS/Cloud DevOps pipelines, and Java-based systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across complex environments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering technical excellence and ownership
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Client Engagement &amp; Solution Architecture
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, particularly within Middle East upstream operations

 Understand and map client workflows, aligning them with industry best practices and Quorum capabilities

 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related analytical discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Quorum Energy Components (EC)
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in full-scale EC implementations, preferably within upstream oil &amp; gas environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience delivering solutions within the Middle East energy sector or similar large-scale, complex environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of upstream and downstream oil &amp; gas processes, particularly gas scheduling, dispatch, sales, and revenue
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into scalable solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large teams (8+ members) and manage end-to-end project delivery
 </li>

 Strong technical skills including SQL (advanced), Java (or similar), and system architecture understanding

 Experience with data migration, system integration, and large-scale enterprise applications
 </li>

 Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern deployment practices

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our North America sales team as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for our midstream software solutions. The Senior SAM will be part of an extraordinary team delivering innovative business process software solutions for the Oil &amp; Gas industry. 
As a SAM, you will build and maintain pre- and post-sales relationships with Quorum&rsquo;s customers while achieving both short- and long-term sales goals. Our solutions architects and consultants provide technical expertise, while you focus on engaging both existing and prospective clients&mdash;nurturing current relationships and expanding Quorum&rsquo;s footprint in key North America energy accounts. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop comprehensive account plans for assigned accounts</li><li>
Collaborate with internal resources (Solutions Architects, Solution Consultants, Services team) to craft compelling client messaging and ensure exceptional Total Customer Experience</li><li>
Build trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with principal customer sponsors, including executives and analysts</li><li>

Overview

Implement and support of master data management solutions
