Brief Persona - Looking for someone who can be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business and whose impact and value is clear to the HR organization and the business alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done. Experience of 10+ years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for driving governance on critical business metrics for the full site in Indore such as Employee Engagement and Retention
</li><li>Engage and work with key internal &amp; external partners in a matrixed relationship
</li><li>Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to org design, culture, performance, recognition and policies
</li><li>Coach individual managers on growing management capabilities
</li><li>Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and employees&rsquo; ask
</li><li>Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper growth and the need to scale
</li><li>Partner with expertise centers (CoEs) to tackle business problems and to execute on organization wide talent initiatives
</li><li>Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
</li><li>Use data to measure success learn, iterate and improve - analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
</li>Own/ formulate HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organization

</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent
</li><li>Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles
</li><li>Excellent MS office skills (Power point)
</li><li>Excellent presentation skills
</li><li>Demonstrated competence in the various major functional areas especially change management and HR business partnering.
</li><li>Comfortable to thrive in an ambiguous high growth fast paced environment
</li><li>Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication to ensure information flows both upward and downward
</li></ul>Preferred qualifications
<ul><li>MBA in HR
</li><li>Ability to independently work in an unstructured environment
</li><li>Ability to work at all levels of HR &ndash; strategic, operational and tactical
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently

As our Implementation Consultant, Revenue Cycle Management , you will help new and existing healthcare clients implement and optimize their revenue cycle solutions. Every day you will serve as a senior revenue cycle management consultant collaborating with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities and address issues.
To thrive in this role, you must have subject matter expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle solutions, a consultative mindset with a passion for improving healthcare operations, and executive presence including the ability to convey confidence and communicate effectively at all levels.
Here&rsquo;s what you will experience working as an Implementation Service Consultant
<ul><li>Lead successful new business implementations; provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes
</li><li>Support optimization efforts for existing clients to maximize performance
</li><li>Manage project tasks, timelines, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Travel to client sites for onboarding meetings and delivering workflow training
</li></ul>Required Skills:
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management solutions and workflows as demonstrated through prior experience in RCM management, consulting, or implementation
</li><li>Technical knowledge of Oracle Health Millenium and/or Oracle Health Patient Accounting Platform
</li><li>Ability to leverage Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically, up to 25%
</li></ul>For this US-based position, the base pay range is $96,643.13 - $142,283.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%

Job Description
The Program Manager will work with the other members of the R1 data protection and privacy team by assessing, monitoring, investigating, educating on, and promoting compliance with all United States federal and state data and information privacy requirements and addressing client and operational practices. The Program Manager preferably will have experience with health information privacy (including, but not limited to, HIPAA), data protection and information security, healthcare compliance, regulatory analysis and interpretation, and/or compliance investigations. The Program Manager will also support R1&rsquo;s comprehensive strategy and growth plans in helping to ensure that the company exhibits and maintains a robust data protection and privacy compliance program in safeguarding Protected Health Information (&ldquo;PHI&rdquo;).
 
 
Responsibilities :
<ul><li>Support R1&rsquo;s proactive efforts to monitor, educate on, and promote compliance with all United States federal, state, and international data protection requirements;
</li><li>Receive, document, track, investigate, and take action on potential data incidents and issues concerning compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and/or R1&rsquo;s data protection, information security, and privacy policies and procedures;
</li><li>Ensure consistent application of sanctions for failure to comply with data protection, information security, and privacy policies in cooperation with others on the R1 data protection and privacy team, Human Resources and legal counsel, as applicable;
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with other R1 teams, including, for example, product, technology, information security, legal, and operations teams, to identify, design, and implement operational data protection and privacy compliance improvements across the organization in support of R1&rsquo;s data protection and privacy program;
</li><li>Support R1&rsquo;s proactive efforts to monitor, educate on, and promote compliance with all United States federal, state, and international privacy requirements;
</li><li>Assist in annual compliance and risk assessments;
</li><li>Maintain focus on operational excellence through risk mitigation and protection of data to improve quality and customer satisfaction;
</li><li>Demonstrate ability and comfort working with and reporting to a broad spectrum of service lines and professionals, ranging from senior management to front line site and service leaders, including clients and vendors; and
</li><li>Flexibly assist in other areas of concern to the compliance team to benefit R1&rsquo;s data protection and privacy posture.

Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Post Graduate Degree or CA or LLB/LLM
</li><li>At least four (4) years of related experience preferably in investigations or forensic analysis/auditing or experience of data protection, privacy and/or information security compliance
</li><li>Excellent project management skills
</li><li>Ability to think strategically and analyze complex compliance issues
</li><li>Proven research, writing and communication skills
</li><li>High degree of integrity, trust and ability to work independently
</li><li>Professional, ethical, and discrete in maintaining proprietary and confidential information
