Customer Service Representative - Full Time Patient Registration

</div><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>As our <b>Physician Advisor </b>, you will help our client facilities navigate the path to compliant revenue by reviewing payor peer-to-peer cases. Every day. You will review cases for which authorization has been denied, evaluating if the proper documentation was available for the admission status, procedure, and care setting that was requested. You will also advise our clients regarding the appropriateness of the request based on available documentation, as well as discuss the cases with medical directors from the payor side.
</p><p></p><p>To thrive in this role, you must have strong clinical knowledge across multiple clinical areas and be capable of working independently with a high level of performance in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for excelling in this remote position.
</p><p></p><p><b>Here&rsquo;s what you will experience working as a Physician Advisor:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Addresses the following issues: authorization requested, documentation support or lack of support for that authorization, evidence-based criteria for that support, and complex clinical evaluation of the request as a whole.
</p></li><li><p>Review and respond to the payor and customer in a timely manner.
</p></li><li><p>Actively engage with payor medical directors to discuss appropriate authorization status as supported by documentation.
</p></li><li><p>Provide written analysis of the case and perform case reviews across multiple specialties.
</p></li><li><p>Serve as a clinical resource to medical and case management staff by providing identification, facilitation, and resolution of documentation and utilization issues.

Payer Peer to Peer Physician Advisor

</p><p></p><p>As our <b>Proposal Manager </b>you will complete Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for healthcare technology prospects (hospitals, health systems, physician practices) looking to enhance their respective revenue cycle management operations. Each day, you will manage the RFP process end-to-end, collaborate with key stakeholders, and leverage your advanced writing expertise to produce high-quality proposals.

</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Learn the full proposal lifecycle &ndash; from initial solution development to proposal writing, to final editing and compliance assurance, to production and submission.
</p></li><li><p>Help manage opportunity kick-off meetings and project cadence calls.
</p></li><li><p>Prepare annotated outlines (first-pass responses) and section specifications to support the proposal strategy.
</p></li><li><p>Assist in leading proposal development and strategic planning activities for all assigned bids and RFPs.
</p></li><li><p>Serve as lead writer, when needed, for proposals and RFPs of different sizes and complexities.
</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage compliant and compelling proposal content in accordance with RFP requirements.
</p></li><li><p>Provide peer review editorial assistance for other team members at different stages of the bid development process.
</p></li><li><p>Work with technical subject matter experts and capture team leaders to develop bid and proposal strategies (and associated content) designed to enhance our bid position and to increase win probabilities.
</p></li><li><p>Coordinate development of graphics, working with technical subject matter experts to illustrate technical and management concepts and convey key proposal messaging.
</p></li><li><p>Use technology-based tools and software programs (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, RFP Management Software) for proposal communications, collaboration, scheduling, and development.
</p></li><li><p>Edit and proofread proposal sections for style, consistency, and compliance.
</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all information is consistent with the organization&rsquo;s brand message, value proposition, business objectives, and style standards.
</p></li><li><p>Support production of proposals, ensuring high quality, professional products are created and delivered on time.
</p></li><li><p>Assist in producing, binding, packaging, and shipping all customer documents, as needed.
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience; AMPM a plus
</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing large, complex proposals
</p></li><li><p>Must have proficiency with RFP AI Automation Software
</p></li><li><p>Experience Project Managing the RFP process
