Job Summary This is a hybrid position of administrative assistant and sales assistant. Please understand that your duties will include basic administrative assistant office duties such as answering the phone, organizing the office, filing paperwork, ordering supplies etc. as well as assisting the sales staff in preparing quotes, ordering project materials, landscape design, attending sales meetings, and other general sales duties.Duties<ul><li>Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive communication, consultations, and service follow-ups</li><li>Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and contracts for landscaping services tailored to client needs</li><li>Promote our landscaping solutions by identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients</li><li>Perform front office administrative work such as answering the phone, invoicing, procurement, and project preperation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening, and general landscape maintenance</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and presenting service options clearly</li><li>Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects and equipment operation</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of work</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
