Plz don&rsquo;t apply, if you are not willing to do the task.Requirements:<ul><li>*Submit work samples/link to portfolio for application review*</li><li>Should be able to produce high quality designs based on requirements and amend the designs based on feedback from the management for print and digital media.</li><li>Language: Should be able to produce work in both English and Telugu.</li><li>Marketing materials: brochures, flyers, posters, YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts and other promotional materials as needed</li><li>Course materials - course presentations, YouTube video backgrounds, book covers, infographics, DTP/editorial design for handouts and magazines, and other materials as needed</li><li>Any other visual design works as needed</li><li>Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus</li><li>Experience in web designing and user experience (UX) design is a plus</li><li>Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After effects ) and Canva.</li><li>Years of experience: 3 years minimum</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design/ visual communication or other relevant</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work in print, digital and video.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, keen eye for esthetics and attention to detail</li><li>Efficiency: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively and receive feed back constructively</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;150,000.00 - &#8377;300,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
