Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and monitor Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) policies at project sites.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure workers use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.</li><li>Maintain site discipline, accident/incident records, and safety documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, site entry/ID card policies, and statutory norms.</li><li>Train workers and staff on safety awareness and emergency response procedures.</li><li>Report safety violations, near-miss incidents, and ensure corrective measures.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to promote a safe culture.</li><li>Act as a liaison with external safety auditors and government authorities when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Safety Management / Industrial Safety / Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction/interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Good knowledge of HSE practices, labor safety, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to train and enforce discipline at site.</li><li>Certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
