Industrial/Commercial Construction -Sales RepresentativePosition Summary:A Regional Sales, or Area Sales Representative, is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, strategies across a group of territories. Their duties include but not limited to visiting clients to promote, and communicate sales services, expectations and gathering research about their target market. Regional Sales, or Area Sales representative typically undertake the following duties alone or in collaboration with other personnel in the sales and operations department:Minimum Requirements:&middot; 5+ Years&rsquo; experience&middot; Provide a base book of clientele&middot; Promotes service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction&middot; Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company&rsquo;s relationship with them&middot; Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional/area sales programs&middot; Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks&middot; Plan for the achievement of individual and regional/area targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company&middot; Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.&middot; Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results&middot; Provide the necessary support to sales and operations team to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals&middot; Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, and accounts&middot; Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities between sales and operations&middot; Create and implement workplace process, and sales plans and procedures&middot; Suggest solutions, improvements, and prevention steps for sales issues&middot; Extensive attention to detail to distinguish sales strategy&middot; Good organizational, leadership and motivational skills&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)&middot; Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Ability to organize and preserve paper documents&middot; Other duties as requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Industrial Sales: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
