We are currently seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for managing the landscape maintenance within a portfolio of large, high end residential estates. This position is based out of our Plymouth office.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.</p></li><li><p>
Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients&rsquo; properties</p></li><li><p>
Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio</p></li><li><p>
Procure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessary</p></li><li><p>
Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collections</p></li><li><p>
Complete, process and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices</p></li><li><p>
Quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio</p></li><li><p>
Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
General Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction</p></li><li><p>
Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team work</p></li><li><p>
Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers</p></li><li><p>
Exceptionally high standard for safety</p></li><li><p>
Strong written and oral communication</p></li><li><p>
High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye</p></li><li><p>
Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary</p></li><li><p>
Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
