About the RoleRRelocate is assisting our client in looking for a Data Engineer to build foundational data products, dashboards, and tools that empower self-serve analytics across the organization. This role will help shape data strategy, improve reporting capabilities, and support product development with high-quality insights.Responsibilities<ul><li>Define, build, and maintain product metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines.</li><li>Write SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data.</li><li>Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to support product decisions.</li><li>Explore data proactively to uncover insights and product opportunities.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ensure data quality, reliability, and thorough documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in a scaling startup environment.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>Strong SQL and Python skills.</li><li>Experience with data pipelines, experimentation, and analytics tooling.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary: $140,000 &ndash; $220,000</li><li>Equity: Competitive package available</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Visa sponsorship: Available (most visas accepted; excludes new H1Bs)</li><li>Work setup: Hybrid; in-person 4 days/week</li><li>Location: San Francisco, CA</li><li>Employment type: Full-time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your LinkedIn Profile?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
