Established Construction Company seeks Full-Time, Experienced Accounts Receivable /Administrative Assistant. Must have proven work experience as AR Admin, solid understanding of Basic Bookkeeping, General Ledger Principals. Full-Charge Bookkeeper preferred [AP, AR, AIA billing, Payroll].Position requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable, Hands-on, Take-Charge Personality, Ability to Work Independently. MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK in fast-paced office, answer 6-phone lines, Professional, Customer-Service oriented.Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook &amp; Word.Experience with Construction Accounting - Accounting Software [Foundation Software helpful, but not required].Full Benefit Package including Health Insurance, 401k-Match, Pension/Profit Sharing Plan, Vacation &amp; PTO.STARTING Salary Rate - Salary is dependent on experience.
