Job Title: Senior Operation Manager &ndash; LogisticsLocation: RUDRAPUR Department: Operations Reporting To: Head of Operations / DirectorAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Operation Manager &ndash; Logistics to lead and manage the operations of our fleet consisting of 500&ndash;600 vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth fleet operations, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining service standards, and implementing process improvements to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage daily operations of a large fleet (500&ndash;600 vehicles), ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize operating costs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operation staff, drivers, supervisors, and technicians.</li><li>Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, service delivery, and cost optimization.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Implement technology and automation tools to improve tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Handle crisis management, accident reporting, and emergency repairs in a proactive manner.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, cost-efficiency, and safety.</li><li>Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational plans aligned with company objectives.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in fleet management/logistics operations, with at least 3&ndash;5 years in a senior management role handling large-scale fleet operations (500+ vehicles).</li><li>Strong knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and operational budgeting.</li><li>Experience in handling multi-location operations and vendor management.</li><li>Proficiency in fleet management systems, route optimization software, and reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Fleet planning and scheduling</li><li>Cost control and budgeting</li><li>Safety compliance and risk management</li><li>Team leadership and training</li><li>Vendor and stakeholder management</li><li>Analytical and strategic thinking</li><li>Effective communication and negotiation</li><li>Technology-driven operations management</li></ul>Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (50K TO 65K)Work Hours: Full-timeTravel: Required as per business needsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;65,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
