Role OverviewRA Empire is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead brand positioning, project launches, demand generation, and marketing communications across digital and offline channels. The role requires close coordination with sales, channel partners, and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (digital, content Writing, creative, and field marketing)</li><li>Own annual marketing plans, calendars, and go-to-market strategies</li></ul>Brand &amp; Communications<ul><li>Strengthen RA Empire&rsquo;s brand identity, messaging, and market presence</li><li>Oversee Digital Medium campaigns</li><li>Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints</li></ul>Digital &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid ads, SEO, lead generation, and Meta Leads campaigns</li><li>Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and ROI</li></ul>Project Launches &amp; Sales Enablement<ul><li>Plan and execute project launches, and partner activations</li><li>Develop sales tools: brochures, pitch decks, scripts, and training material</li><li>Support direct and indirect sales channels with marketing collateral</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights</li><li>Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and production partners</li><li>Track KPIs, reporting, and marketing effectiveness</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in real estate, property, or allied industries</li><li>Proven experience in leading marketing teams and large-scale campaigns</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate sales funnels and channel marketing</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Leadership role with strategic impact</li><li>Opportunity to build and scale the marketing function</li><li>Work with premium and high-potential real estate projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
