Job Tittle: Social Media- Content CreatorLocation: MumbaiRole Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and sharp storyteller who can manage our social mediachannels, build compelling narratives, and create eye-catching visuals that move hearts and minds. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Communications &amp; Programs teams to bring our work to life onlineKey Responsibilities:&middot; Understand organization&rsquo;s work in detail.&middot; Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X),YouTube, Facebook&middot; Research current topics, trends, developments related to Raah&rsquo;swork areas for innovative post ideas&middot; Execute good quality photo &amp; video shoot of field stories and convert them intodigital content (stories, testimonials, reels)&middot; Design creative reels, short videos, long videos, carousels, infographics&middot; Write compelling content, captions, post copy, and storylines&middot; Track analytics and suggest improvements for engagement&middot; Stay updated with trends and platform updates to keep content fresh&middot; Run paid campaigns on Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn to generate leadsas per the requirements&middot; Plan and execute content calendars for regular posts, campaigns &amp; eventWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For:&middot; 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand/org&middot; Strong storytelling + visual thinking&middot; Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite or similar tools&middot; Good knowledge of video editing tools (Cap Cut, In Shot, Adobe Rush etc.)&middot; Good written English &amp; Marathi, Hindi is a bonus&middot; A passion for sustainability, social impact, or nonprofit workWhat You Get:&middot; A chance to tell real stories that make real impact&middot; Creative freedom to experiment&middot; A collaborative team and mission-first culture&middot; Access to field locations and grassroots impact&middot; Recognition for driving awareness and engagementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,536.48 - &#8377;37,962.08 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
