Role &amp; responsibilities:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support the HR team in managing interview, coordinating with candidates and interview panels, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process and other HR related activities.<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews across various functions and levels.</li><li>Communicate and confirm interview details with candidates and interviewers.</li><li>Collect and organize candidate documents during the hiring process.</li><li>Support post-offer follow-ups to ensure timely joining and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain trackers and assist in recruitment-related documentation.</li><li>Audit of all documents that has been submitted by candidates.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless interview experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications:</li><li>Bachelors degree in any related field.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
