 Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA Preferred) 
 Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in FMCG will be preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle responsibilities with maturity.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:
<ul>
<li>Recruitment, Staffing, Onboarding &amp; Induction</li>
<li>Attendance and Leave Management</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical)</li>
<li>Assist HR head in day-to-day HR operations</li>
<li>Organize employee engagement activities (festivals, celebrations, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities</li>
</ul>
Admin Functions:
<ul>
<li>Manage office administration and respond to internal queries</li>
<li>End-to-end Vendor Management</li>
<li>Filing and documentation (physical and digital)</li>
<li>Oversee repair, maintenance, and upkeep of office infrastructure and assets</li>
<li>Ensure smooth operation of daily office needs and a positive working environment</li>
<li>Handle correspondence, confidential documentation, billing, and payments</li>
<li>Manage travel bookings (domestic &amp; international) and visa processing</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Graduate or MBA (preferred)</li>
<li>3 years and above of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles</li>
<li>Prior experience in FMCG or industrial setup will be an advantage</li>
<li>Must be responsible, mature, and capable of handling multitasking roles</li></ul>
