Enter accurate information in RIS for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and comment entry.</li><li>
Update account information at the point of scheduling.</li><li>
Utilize RIS filter screens to answer questions associated with insurance, procedures and preps.</li><li>
Pre-register, scans documents, input clinical data as needed for appointment and requests films as needed</li></ul><div><b>

Perform high quality nuclear medicine and/or positron emission tomography/computed tomography images on patients while providing excellent care.</li><li>
Assure proper dose of radionuclides are ordered for each patient.</li><li>
Explain test procedures and safety precautions to patients, guiding them through a sometimes-difficult process by gently talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process. Monitor patients&rsquo; well-being during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.</li><li>

You Will:</b></p><ul><li>
Take accurate patient medical history with MRI safety and record them in the patient&rsquo;s chart and/or electronic medical records system; for patient flow and accurate encounter documentation.</li><li>
Accurately maintain and record patient communication during exams.</li><li>
Work with MRI technologist to prepare, set up, position, and monitor patients while in MRI suite.</li><li>
Stock and maintain all supply levels for assigned area; order and restock following site guidelines / protocols.</li><li>
Comply with all HIPAA guidelines, confidently guidelines, and safety guidelines for a laboratory / clinical environment. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and exercise universal precautions when dealing with all patients and exams.</li><li>
Organize and assist patient flow throughout the facility area.</li><li>
Work with all levels of imaging center staff.</li><li>
Assist in obtaining patient&rsquo;s prior imaging and other diagnostic records for radiologists and/or technologists.</li><li>
Manage time efficiently to maintain patient / schedule flow as specified by technologists and/or management.</li><li>
Support technologists with procedures as needed; which includes the set-up of coils, schedule maintenance, and/or clean-up of MRI suite and other duties as assigned.</li><li>
Identify and communicate important issues or problems to MRI technologists and/or management.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe and compliant MRI control room space. Decontaminate equipment, coils, and exam / control room using the designated products and procedures.</li><li>
Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training as required.</li><li>
Comply with all company practice, policies and procedures.</li><li>
Complete all tasks and projects as assigned.</li><li>
