 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outpatient Clinics Manager to lead the operations of our multi-specialty polyclinics in Riyadh. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and excel in a fast-paced clinical environment, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.
 
 
 
 
 
 As the Clinics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of outpatient services, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia. Your role will be critical in enhancing patient experience, supporting clinical excellence, and driving operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage all outpatient clinic operations, including general medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, dentistry, and specialty services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise clinic staff and ensure high levels of professionalism, teamwork, and service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures in line with MOH and CBAHI requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize patient scheduling, flow, and satisfaction across all clinics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage clinic budgets, supplies, and equipment in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clinics for regulatory inspections and accreditation processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in clinic or hospital management, preferably in an outpatient or polyclinic setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, MOH policies, and CBAHI accreditation standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional healthcare teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in healthcare information systems (HIS/EMR).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
 </li>
