<ul><li> Manage SPF claims and ensure timely dispute closures related to omni channel orders.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Work closely with the tech team to resolve order processing issues.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Monitor and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Drive cross-functional collaboration to reduce errors and delays.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensure continuous process improvement for better store-to-customer fulfillment.</li></ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul><li> 2&ndash;4 years of experience in omni channel or e-commerce operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prior experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brands preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency in Excel and OMS tools.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.</li></ul></div>
