 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 
 
 
 To support the technical office team in preparing drawings, quantity take-offs, and documentation for villa construction projects. This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong Revit skills and a passion for residential design and execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in developing structural and architectural drawings using
 
 Revit
 
 , under supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in preparing
 
 BOQs, material take-offs
 
 , and basic shop drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in drawing reviews and help identify discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain drawing logs and assist in document control tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the site and design teams to understand project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the preparation of
 
 as-built drawings
 
 and project documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn and apply local building codes and villa design standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduate).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of
 
 Revit
 
 (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of structural detailing and construction processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Attributes
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Internship or academic project experience in residential or villa design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to BIM workflows or collaborative design platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual communication (Arabic/English) is a plus.
 </li>
