We&rsquo;re looking for a confident, caring, and experienced Front desk manager / Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey and support smooth communication between patients, clinicians, and the wider team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Discussing treatment plans with patients</li><li>Explaining procedures, costs, and financing options</li><li>Coordinating appointments between patients and clinicians</li><li>Following up with patients before and after treatments</li><li>Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation</li><li>Liaising with labs, suppliers, and service providers</li><li>Supporting the front desk and administrative team as needed</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Confident in explaining treatments and handling queries</li><li>Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Customer service focused with a warm, professional manner</li><li>Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, practice management software)</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate preferred</li><li>Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, receptionist, or in a dental/healthcare setting is an advantage</li></ul>Working Hours: Full-Time | 6 Days/Week | 7:30 AM &ndash; 3:30 PMIf you're enthusiastic about patient care and enjoy helping people feel informed and confident in their treatment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Application Question(s):<ul><li>Any experience in dental or healthcare sector or Clinic</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Graduate / Doctorate</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthJob Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Healthcare management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
