Job Summary About Paramount JewelersParamount Jewelers is a premier fine jewelry retailer dedicated to providing customers with timeless designs, exceptional service, and a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce &amp; Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive growth across digital and retail channels.E-Commerce Management<ul><li>Manage and update website product listings (descriptions, pricing, images).</li><li>Manage and work closely with our web development team to maintain and develop applications and new functionality on the website.</li><li>Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.</li><li>Maximize sales and profitability of e-Commerce through best practices, platform capabilities, and customer expectations to inform innovation and continuous improvement.</li><li>Monitor customer experience feedback and online reviews to strengthen reputation.</li></ul>Retail &amp; In-Store Marketing Support<ul><li>Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, SMS, paid media, and social platforms.</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital agencies or freelancers, as needed.</li><li>Plan seasonal campaigns (Valentine&rsquo;s, Mother&rsquo;s Day, Memorial Day, Black Friday, etc.) tailored to the jewelry industry.</li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and drive sales (both online and in-store).</li><li>Oversee design and distribution of signage, flyers, tags, and other retail collateral.</li><li>Partner with planning, merchandising, and social media manager to launch new collections, product categories, and branding initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail marketing.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business or other closely related major</li><li>Strong understanding of Shopify or similar platforms.</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital campaign execution.</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Creative eye for product presentation and customer engagement.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-commerce digital marketing : 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
