As a Designer, your role is to aid in producing presentation and construction documents and help maintain client relationships. You&rsquo;d work amongst our architecture and design teams on assigned projects. Having an ability to collaborate, take initiative and maintain a positive attitude is a must.<br>

Radical Renovations is a leading General Contractor in the Main Line area with a team of Architects and Designers to support our clients. Main Line Design is the interior design arm of the company. Our main objective is to provide a cohesive design-build package for our clients. Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Entry level, 2 - 4 years experience in the architecture design industry, residential experience preferred.</li><li>
Working knowledge of construction methods and materials.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at on time.</li><li>
Must have at least 4 year bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture.</li><li>
Positive attitude with a desire to learn new systems, technical programs and skills.</li><li>
Ability to take direction and work independently on a task.</li><li>
Demonstrated computer and social media skills.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Programs. (i.e Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>
Proficient in Chief Architect or Revit.</li><li>
Experience in 3D modeling preferred.</li><li>
Must be a resident of Pennsylvania or be able to commute to location daily.</li><li>
Reliable means of transportation.</li></ul><div>

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Survey job sites to produce as-bult plans.</li><li>
Drafting proposed plans based on scope.</li><li>
Product and materials sourcing.</li><li>
Production of design presentations.</li><li>
Construction documents.</li><li>
3D models.</li><li>
Installation plans.</li><li>
Attend site visits and or client meetings.</li><li>
Update and maintain social media platforms on a daily or weekly basis.</li><li>
Must be local to the area and able to be in house every day.</li></ul></div>
