The Tally Operator will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring data integrity in Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience using Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.</li><li>Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.</li><li>Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.</li><li>Create and maintain inventory and stock reports in Tally.</li><li>Support the finance team in audits and compliance requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with MS Office, Excel Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.</li><li>Familiarity with E-way bills, E-invoicing, and TDS return filing.</li><li>Good communication and team coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,761.46 - &#8377;20,036.55 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
