<div>Warehouse Manager &ndash; Manufacturing (24/7 Operation)
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for mentoring teams and driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations located out of our Delavan, WI manufacturing facility. This is a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products reach customers safely, accurately, and on time.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead and develop warehouse teams across rotating shifts (day/night).</li><li>
Manage daily and long-term warehouse schedules to support production and shipping.</li><li>
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and 6S principles.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners to meet customer needs.</li><li>
Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in logistics, business management, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of warehouse management experience in a fast paced, high volume 24/7 manufacturing setting.</li><li>
Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development.</li><li>
Experience in scheduling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.</li><li>
Familiarity with lean tools, powered industrial trucks, and warehouse systems.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a 24/7, high-volume operation.</li></ul>

A Day in the Life
