Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Designer with deep expertise in 2D design software and production-level technical drawings. The candidate must be proficient in preparing accurate, detailed, and execution-ready drawings for interior and modulars segment. Job Title: Technical Designer &ndash; Interior Vertical Company: Radon India Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 3&ndash;6 Years . Location: JaipurKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create high-precision 2D technical drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings</li><li>Prepare production drawings, shop drawings, and working drawings as per manufacturing standards</li><li>Translate concept designs into technical and production-ready formats</li><li>Coordinate closely with factory, production, and site execution teams</li><li>Ensure drawings meet software standards, scale accuracy, and layering discipline</li><li>Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, client changes, and production feedback</li><li>Maintain proper file management, version control, and drawing documentation</li><li>Support smooth execution by resolving technical design and production challenges</li></ul>Software &amp; Technical Expertise (Must Have):<ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)</li><li>Layer management, blocks, X-refs, dynamic blocks</li><li>Dimensioning standards, annotation styles, plotting &amp; scaling</li><li>Strong understanding of 2D production detailing</li><li>Ability to prepare manufacturing and shop drawings with zero-error tolerance</li><li>Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, and joinery details</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent</li><li>Strong technical mindset with production-oriented thinking</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Experience in complete interior solutions or modular furniture</li><li>Basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp / 3ds Max)</li><li>Site exposure and execution knowledge</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
