We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing technical drawings and performing quantity take-offs for HVAC systems. The successful candidate will support our project for HVAC installation across commercial and residential facilities in Qatar. The role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to accurately extract material quantities from drawings to support procurement and project planning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, revise, and update HVAC shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.</li><li>Develop detailed layout drawings for ductwork, piping, equipment, and accessories in compliance with project specifications and international standards.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers to ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and clash-free.</li><li>Produce single-line diagrams, sections, and detail drawings for HVAC installations.</li><li>Perform accurate material quantity take-offs from HVAC drawings including ductwork (supply, return, exhaust), piping, insulation, equipment, and accessories.</li><li>Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in coordination with the estimation and procurement teams.</li><li>Review drawings and specifications to identify scope of work and material requirements for AMC activities.</li><li>Track material usage against quantities and flag discrepancies to the project manager.</li><li>Liaise with site engineers and supervisors to reflect field changes in updated drawings</li><li>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: Split, window,VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and related equipment.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How much is your expected salary</li><li>Notice period ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
