We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage our warehouse and inventory related to HVAC equipment, spare parts, and materials.<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based) Issue materials to technicians and site teams as per approved requests</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of HVAC materials and tools</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and accounts for material documentation</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store/warehouse</li></ul>Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 yearsJob Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and office visits</li><li>Develop new business opportunities in HVAC installation &amp; maintenance&middot;</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits and technical discussions</li><li>Prepare HVAC quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates</li><li>Provide technical support to customers and outdoor sales team</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams</li><li>Follow up on quotations, approvals, and payments</li><li>Maintain sales records, customer data, and documentation</li><li>Negotiate pricing and close deals</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales activities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HVAC sales</li><li>Good knowledge of HVAC systems and Technical sales</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) &amp; ERP</li><li>Negotiation &amp; closing skills</li><li>Client relationship management</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
