The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in videoproduction and editing, along with a good understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook &amp;Instagram). This role is perfect for someone who can manage complete content creation &mdash; fromshooting to final editing &mdash; with a focus on high-quality video content.Key Responsibilities:1 Create engaging and high-quality video content for marketing campaigns2 Handle video shooting, editing, and post-production3 Design basic graphics and visual content for social media4 Manage and optimize Facebook &amp; Instagram (Meta) platforms5 Plan and execute content strategies for paid ads and organic growth6 Capture and produce on-site construction and project videos7 Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing ideasRequirements:1 Proven experience in video editing and content creation2 Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and social media management3 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator4 Ability to shoot professional videos (camera or mobile)5 Previous experience in a marketing agency is preferred6 Strong creative and storytelling skills7 Must be available for full-time, in-office workPreferred Skills:1 Experience in construction or real estate content2 Understanding of digital marketing and branding3 Portfolio of previous video and graphic workJob Type: Full-Time (In-House)Salary: Based on experience and skill levelApply Now: Candidates must share their portfolio and previous work samples while applying.Work Location: In person
