We are committed to providing high-quality dialysis care through advanced technology, patient-centric operations, and strong clinical teams.Position OverviewThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across medical, technical, and corporate roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in alignment with RAHI Care&rsquo;s manpower requirements, compliance norms, and organizational culture.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for dialysis centers and corporate roles.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.</li><li>Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, consultancies, campus drives, and internal referrals).</li><li>Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical and HR panels.</li><li>Conduct initial HR rounds and salary discussions within approved budgets.</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and dashboards.</li><li>Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and coordination with HR operations.</li><li>Liaise with external recruitment partners and maintain cost-effective sourcing channels.</li><li>Support talent pipeline creation for critical positions across regions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.</li><li>Contribute to employer branding and social media presence for RAHI Care.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare experience preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical and paramedical role requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and HRMS tools (preferably KEKA).</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work under tight timelines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in multi-location recruitment (especially for healthcare or hospitals).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Fast-paced, multi-state operations setup.</li><li>Coordination with regional HR, operations, and clinical teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an immediate joiner ?
