Job Title: Videographer &amp; Content Creator Company: Rahi Homes Location: IslamabadRAHI HOMES is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Videographer &amp; Content Creator to showcase our architectural, interior design, and construction projects through compelling visual storytelling.We are seeking someone who can capture the journey of a project from excavation and construction to luxurious finished spaces and transform it into engaging content that inspires, educates, and builds trust with our audience. If you have a strong creative eye, understand cinematic storytelling, and know how to create content that performs on social media, we would love to hear from you.Requirements:* Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of professional experience in videography and content creation* Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic videos, reels, photography, and social media content* Excellent understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or equivalent creative tools* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trendsKey Responsibilities:Content Planning &amp; Storytelling* Develop engaging content ideas that showcase the RAHI HOMES brand and project journey* Create visual stories around architectural design, interior spaces, construction progress, craftsmanship, materials, and client experiences* Identify creative opportunities to educate, inspire, and engage potential clientsVideography &amp; Photography* Capture high-quality videos and photographs of ongoing construction sites, completed projects, office activities, client meetings, and behind-the-scenes processes* Film cinematic walkthroughs, project updates, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content* Ensure every shoot reflects the premium quality and professionalism of the RAHI HOMES brandVideo Editing &amp; Post Production* Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns* Create cinematic reels with smooth transitions, colour grading, sound design, subtitles, graphics, and motion elements* Meet content deadlines without compromising creativity or qualitySocial Media Content Creation* Write or collaborate on engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that encourage audience interaction* Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize reach and engagementBrand Development* Ensure all content reflects the premium identity and values of RAHI HOMES* Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, colours, and storytelling across all platforms* Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional materials* Help strengthen the firm's online presence and reputation through impactful visual communicationContinuous Learning &amp; Innovation* Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, photography, editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and social media marketing* Research successful architecture and luxury lifestyle brands for inspiration* Continuously improve content quality, creativity, and audience engagementThe Ideal Candidate:* Has an exceptional eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and aesthetics* Understands how to transform ordinary construction progress into engaging visual stories* Is creative, proactive, and always looking for the next great piece of content* Can work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines* Is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work* Has a genuine interest in architecture, interior design, and construction* Thinks beyond filming understanding that every piece of content should strengthen the RAHI HOMES brand and generate new business opportunitiesWhat We Offer:* Competitive salary package based on experience and skill* Opportunity to build and showcase one of Islamabad's growing architecture and construction brands* Access to premium residential, interior, and construction projects* Creative freedom to produce impactful content* Long-term career growth in a collaborative and innovative work environmentLocation: F-10 Markaz, IslamabadInterested candidates may send their CV, Portfolio, and links to their social media work or showreel to:cv.rahihomes@gmail.comPay: Rs1.00 per monthWork Location: In person
