Key Responsibilities- Record day-to-day financial transactions (AP, AR, petty cash, bank postings).- Prepare and reconcile supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and expense claims.- Maintain proper filing of supporting documents for audit and compliance.- Assist in VAT workings and other statutory filings.- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier balances.- Support payroll processing (attendance, overtime, basic salary entries).- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts by ensuring timely and accurate entries.- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and experienced accountant as needed.Qualifications / Skills- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance- 1 - 2 + years of accounting experience- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to grow in a structured finance environment.Only candidates currently based in Bahrain are eligible to apply.Job Type: Full-time
