About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary professional to assist in handling corporate, secretarial, and compliance matters for our clients. The role is ideal for semi-qualified or CS dropout candidates with prior experience or exposure to a CA/CS firm environment who wish to continue growing in the field of corporate and legal compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assisting in preparation and filing of ROC forms and annual returns.</li><li>Drafting Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.</li><li>Handling company incorporation, LLP formation, and closure-related compliances.</li><li>Maintaining statutory registers, share transfer records, and documentation.</li><li>Assisting in FEMA, SEBI, and RBI-related compliances (as applicable).</li><li>Coordinating with clients for required documents and compliance follow-ups.</li><li>Supporting in due diligence, mergers, and restructuring projects.</li><li>Staying updated with amendments in Company Law and allied legislations.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>CS Semi-Qualified / CS Dropout candidates are welcome to apply.</li><li>Currently working or having prior experience with a CA or CS firm preferred.</li><li>Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and ROC filing procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MCA portal (V3) and MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Exposure to diversified client portfolios and industries.</li><li>Hands-on learning in corporate, legal, and secretarial compliances.</li><li>Professional working environment with scope for career growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
