Contracts & Billing - Real Estate

Role Description- Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects.- Work closely with the senior architects and design head to prepare layouts, 3D models, and working drawings.- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineers to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution.- Review and ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.- Assist in preparing detailed design documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.- Liaise with external design consultants and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.- Provide input on sustainable design practices and modern building technologies.- Support in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities for design-related matters.Qualifications<ul><li>Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings</li><li>Expertise in MEP, Structural, Architectural etc. . Drawings</li><li>Strong creativity and design thinking</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team</li><li>Proven experience in executing design projects</li><li>Knowledge of industry trends and best practices</li><li>Degree in Architecture, or related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
