The Role:
Rain is shaping how people spend digital assets in the real world &mdash; fast, secure, and beautifully simple. We&rsquo;re looking for a product designer who sweats the details and thinks in systems. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with product, engineering, and compliance/legal/ops to design dashboard experiences that are both intuitive and trusted.
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>
Own end-to-end design for core product features across our ecosystem, from problem framing to shipped UI</li><li>
Lead user research and usability testing to validate assumptions, uncover pain points, and inform design decisions</li><li>
Rapidly prototype concepts and workflows to explore solutions, align stakeholders, and de-risk implementation</li><li>
Design clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints</li><li>
Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations to ship, test, and iterate on real-world workflows</li><li>
Advocate for users by translating complex requirements into simple, usable experiences</li><li>
Contribute to and evolve our design system; collaborate with engineering to ensure consistency and scalability</li><li>
Identify and resolve UX and UI inconsistencies across the product</li><li>
Champion accessibility and inclusive design at both the feature and system level</li></ul><ul><li>
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence our product features</li><li>
Define and establish key product design metrics</li></ul>
What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>
Demonstrated experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesis</li><li>
Fluency in Figma and comfort moving quickly from concept to prototype</li><li>
Strong collaboration with engineering partners and comfort working in ambiguity</li><li>
You have the ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs</li><li>
You can think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience</li></ul>

 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 The HR Specialist handles all HR operations for the Bahrain office and acts as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters. This role is responsible for executing and improving day-to-day HR processes, ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor, LMRA, and SIO requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. The HR Specialist owns the full employee lifecycle in Bahrain&mdash;onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, payroll inputs to group payroll, visa and immigration work, employee relations support, and offboarding while delivering a smooth and reliable employee experience.
 
 
 
 
 This position requires strong HR operational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with managers to support Bahrain&rsquo;s people needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for Bahrain employees, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, and exits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage probation reviews, contract renewals, promotions, role changes, and internal movements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and compliant employee records across Oracle HRIS, payroll files, and HR trackers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and validate Bahrain payroll inputs, including joiners, salary changes, leave, deductions, and exits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate employee benefits administration, including medical insurance and employee support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage LMRA work permits, SIO registrations, renewals, transfers, and cancellations, ensuring full local compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and meet all Bahrain labor, immigration, WPS, and regulatory deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce monthly HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on HR-related requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary HR contact for Bahrain managers and employees, advising on policies, performance, probation, and employee relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support office operations, onboarding logistics, vendor coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 The Ideal Candidate should have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, in Bahrain, KSA and UAE experience is preffered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law, LMRA, SIO, and local compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (Both English and Arabic required).
 </li>
