Personal Assistant (Hybrid &ndash; Daily Support &amp; Light Project Help)Location: Cape Coral, FL (Hybrid) Type: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible) Pay: $21/hourJob SummaryWe&rsquo;re seeking a reliable and adaptable Personal Assistant to support a business owner with day-to-day responsibilities and occasional project-related tasks.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient, and comfortable helping maintain structure across both personal and professional activities.Schedule<ul><li>Flexible hours based on needs</li><li>Occasional evening availability required (approximately 6:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PM)</li><li>No overnight shifts</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage scheduling, appointments, and reminders</li><li>Assist with errands, light household coordination, and general organization</li><li>Help maintain daily structure and follow-through on tasks</li><li>Provide basic tech support (phone, apps, email, etc.)</li><li>Assist with light administrative or project-related work as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Organized, dependable, and proactive</li><li>Calm, patient, and personable</li><li>Comfortable working in a personal/home environment</li><li>Able to take initiative and handle a variety of tasks</li><li>Tech-comfortable (smartphone, email, basic apps)</li><li>Communicates in a clear, respectful, and natural manner</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Prior experience as a personal assistant, caregiver, or similar role</li><li>Experience supporting busy professionals</li></ul>Additional NotesWe value a supportive, respectful working dynamic.
