We cater to corporate clients, gifting companies, and traders across India. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage client communication, follow-ups, and sales team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow up with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.</li><li>Attend and respond to inquiries generated from campaigns, exhibitions, Indiamart, and social media.</li><li>Handle cold calling to B2B clients to generate new leads.</li><li>Coordinate inquiries with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>Send catalogs, product details, and quotations to clients.</li><li>Independently close small inquiries/orders through calls or emails.</li><li>Ensure every inquiry is properly attended and replied to promptly.</li><li>Maintain organized data of all inquiries received and update their status regularly.</li><li>Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams for samples, quotations, and order updates.</li><li>Ensure every inquiry from exhibitions, campaigns, or references is properly recorded, assigned, and followed up until closure.</li><li>Prepare weekly inquiry and follow-up reports for management review.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate (any stream) with 1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales coordination or client servicing.</li><li>Excellent communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM tools.</li><li>Comfortable with phone and email communication for B2B clients.</li><li>Familiarity with Indiamart portal and social media inquiries.</li><li>Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Experience in a manufacturing or trading company.</li><li>Professional, polite, and customer-service-oriented approach.</li><li>Quick learner with an interest in understanding products and client needs.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries efficiently.</li></ul>Work Timings:Monday to Saturday &ndash; 11:00 am to 7:00 pmLocation:Ghatkopar, MumbaiSalary:Commensurate with experience and skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Accountant Location: Ghatkopar (Mumbai)Company: Rainbow PackagingAbout Us:Rainbow Packaging is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly and customized carry bags in Mumbai. We work with reputed corporate clients, traders, and gifting companies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle our day-to-day accounting and financial operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain daily accounting records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.</li><li>Create and manage sales invoices and purchase entries.</li><li>Record bank transactions, cash entries, and journal entries.</li><li>Handle payment follow-ups with customers for outstanding dues.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for bills, payment details, and GST clarifications.</li><li>Maintain petty cash book and update management on cash balances.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal or payment of routine business expenses (electricity, internet, rent, etc.).</li><li>Prepare and send necessary data and documents to the CA for:</li><li>TDS returns</li><li>ITR filing</li><li>GST filings</li><li>File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform reconciliation with GSTR-2A.</li><li>Prepare monthly stock statements and submit them to the bank.</li><li>Prepare monthly summaries of outstanding payments, receivables, sales vs. purchase reports, and expense tracking for management review.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.</li><li>Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.</li></ul>Bonus Points (Preferred):<ul><li>Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading firm.</li><li>Knowledge of banking portals and vendor registration processes.</li><li>Familiarity with stock statements and inventory reconciliation.</li><li>Experience in preparing MIS reports or basic financial summaries.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Proactive and responsible &ndash; takes ownership of tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Trustworthy with confidentiality &ndash; handles sensitive financial data carefully.</li><li>Team player &ndash; coordinates smoothly with admin, sales, and production teams.</li><li>Organized and punctual &ndash; keeps files, data, and schedules in order.</li></ul>Work Timings:(e.g., Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am &ndash; 07:00 pm)Salary:Commensurate with experience and skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
