This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online voice and connect with our community through innovative campaigns and compelling storytelling.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.</li><li>Manage social media scheduling and publishing through applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility on search engines and social platforms.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance community engagement.</li><li>Coordinate with public relations teams to manage branding initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.</li><li>Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, and e-commerce specialists for integrated marketing efforts.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Canva or similar graphic design tools.</li><li>Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social listening platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media advertising including Facebook Advertising campaigns.</li><li>Excellent content creation skills including writing, editing (proofreading), graphic design, photography, and video editing.</li><li>Familiarity with branding principles, relationship management techniques, public relations strategies, and e-commerce integration.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights to optimize content performance effectively.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
