 Role Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This position will act as the primary HR contact for a flagship hotel operated by a globally recognised hospitality brand. The Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that the human capital strategy supports both the service excellence expected from the brand and the commercial goals of the ownership. The role demands a confident and business-minded HR leader who can operate effectively within an owner&ndash;operator structure and elevate people performance in a luxury service environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hotel management and corporate stakeholders to align HR practices with operational and strategic objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead all aspects of workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention for the hotel property.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee compensation and benefits processes in coordination with corporate HR and operator standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to a high-touch hospitality environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Turkish labour law, internal HR policies, and service-level expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the performance management cycle, learning &amp; development agenda, and succession planning activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong alignment between the operator&rsquo;s HR approach and ownership's strategic priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in end-to-end HR management within owner&ndash;operator models.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of Turkish labour law and HR operational best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Turkish and English.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

 Experience in mixed-use developments or large-scale hospitality projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in hotel pre-opening or transformation projects.

 Role Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a pivotal leadership role at one of Istanbul&rsquo;s most architecturally striking and conceptually distinctive hotels. The Director of Purchasing will ensure the seamless sourcing of premium goods and services while aligning purchasing decisions with the hotel&rsquo;s operational excellence and brand integrity. The successful candidate will elevate supplier partnerships and embed commercial discipline across the function.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement purchasing strategies that support service excellence and margin targets.

 Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management processes with a focus on quality, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

 8+ years of experience in purchasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within hospitality or luxury environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and deliver cost-effective sourcing strategies without compromising quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving commercial value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with procurement systems and reporting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Turkish.
 </li>
