We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR &amp; Admin Assistant - Fresher to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and Office Administration, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Key Responsibilities:* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers* Help with onboarding and joining formalities of new employees* Maintain employee records and support with documentation* Track attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll inputs* Prepare HR letters, ID cards, and other employee-related documents* Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events* Manage office supplies and handle procurement as needed* Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and maintenance teams for smooth daily operations* Handle courier dispatch/receipts and maintain related records* Assist in booking travel and accommodation for employees* Support front desk activities including handling calls and visitor management* Maintain office files, registers, and petty cash records* Ensure office infrastructure is clean, safe, and functioning efficientlyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably BBA, BCom, BA)* Strong interest in HR and office administration* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Ability to multitask and work in a team environmentPunctual, responsible, and eager to learnBenefits:* Career Growth &amp; DevelopmentWork-Life BalanceEmployee Recognition ProgramsNo. of Position: 01Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;31,041.32 per monthWork Location: In person
