Pay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthJob description:Truck Tracking and Monitoring:Maintain real-time tracking of trucks in transit.Ensure accurate and timely updates on the location and status of shipments.Timely Delivery Management:Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.Proactively address delays and resolve issues to meet deadlines.Freight Team and Client Interaction:Act as a coordinator between the freight team and clients.Provide updates to clients regarding order status and delivery timelines.Address and resolve any client inquiries or concerns.Order Tracking and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of order statuses and delivery timelines.Update tracking details in the system regularly and ensure accuracy.Data Management:Use Excel to organize, analyze, and report logistics data.Create and maintain reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and other logistics metrics.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
